How do I renew my book/DVD?

​​​​​​You can renew your books and DVDs once by:

• visiting the library's checkout desk 
• calling us at 602-286-8454 during open hours
• using My Account online as pictured below.

How to renew books and DVDs

1. Go to One Search.
    
2. Sign in with your MEID and password.
   
    
3. Expand your profile at the upper right corner and select My Account.
   
    
4. Click on RENEW ALL if desired.
   
    
5. For individual titles, click on LOANS and renew desired items.
   

Please be aware that some items may not be eligible for renewal including reserve items, overdue items, items that have been requested by other users, and items that have already been renewed once.
