You can reset your password by going to idme.maricopa.edu and complete the process by using one of two options:

  1. Self-Service Password Reset. If you previously provided MCCCD with a personal email account or mobile phone number, you will be able to use our newly developed self-service password reset process. If you do not have an active personal email account or mobile phone on file in our student information system, don’t worry. We will provide you with an alternate ID verification process to reset your password.
     
  2. Chat Assisted Verification. If you were unsuccessful in using the Self Service password reset option, we have you covered. Through a simple process, you can connect to one of our team members through the chat feature (at the bottom right hand portion of the browser window). They will assist you with the verification process needed to reset your password.

Once your password is reset you will have immediate access to your student Gmail account, Google tools, and Canvas.
