Can I place a hold on a book?

Yes! To place holds on materials, use the "Place Hold" button in the library catalog.

1. ​​Search for the book within ALL Maricopa Community College Libraries in the Library Catalog. 
2. Double-check that the book is available (Status=General). 
3. Then, click the Place Hold button.
4. From the window that displays, select the pickup library from the drop-down list.

It takes approximately 4-5 days to have book delivered to the campus libraries.
