Technical Help & Respondus
- If you experience problems with your borrowed laptop, please return it to the appropriate desk. You will be given another laptop, if available.
- Technical Support and Software Application questions may be directed to MCC Helpcenter.
- If you need to take a test using the Respondus Lockdown Browser on a Chromebook, the computer needs to be put in Kiosk mode:
- Send an email to respondus@mesacc.edu that includes: a) the date and time you wish to take the test; and, b) the 6-digit tag number on the bottom of the computer.
- When the machine asks for your institution when in Respondus, type Maricopa Community Colleges.
- When done taking the test, email respondus@mesacc.edu again so Kiosk mode can be turned off and you can go back to using the computer like normal.
