Can the public use the library?

 

Yes! To be a "community borrower", you must be over 18 years of age, a resident of Maricopa County, and not currently attending a Maricopa Community College. Community borrowers are required to “quick register” with Student Services in order to obtain an MEID. Present your MEID and a government-issued photo ID at the Rio Library Circulation desk to establish your library account. You will then be able to check out books and DVDs and to place holds.
