Do I need a library card?

Your Student ID is your library card.

Students: a student ID or a valid state issued photo ID is required to check out library items. Items will not be checked out without an ID. You may obtain a student ID card at The Center for Civic and Global Engagement in the SC building. 

Faculty and Staff: an employee ID or valid state issued photo ID is required to check out library items. Items will not be checked out without an ID.

Community Borrowers (CBs): a valid Arizona state issued photo ID IS required to check out library items. Items will not be checked without an ID. Community borrowers must first get an MEID from Admissions & Records in the Student Services building and then return to the library to establish your library account. Community borrowers must be 18 or older and have an AZ photo ID with a Maricopa County address. Be sure to check out our policies for Community Borrowers.
