From off-campus, library databases require that you authenticate with your Maricopa username (MEID) and password.

In the Library Catalog, you are also asked for your MEID and password to access My Account/Renew.

For immediate assistance please use the 24/7 Ask a Librarian chat serviceYou can also try these trouble shooting options.

  1. Forgot your password? Try resetting your password
  2. Forgot your MEID?  Try looking it up
  3. Expired student library account?  Call the Circulation Desk (480-423-6651) to confirm that your account is still active in our library system.
  4. Firewall issues?  Some places, such as work computers, block access to our library databases.  In these cases, you'll have to try again from a different location.
  5. Browser issues?  Some browsers work better with our databases than others.  Try a different browser.

And, sometimes, it's a problem with our databases.  So, if you've tried all these steps and you're still unable to get in, please submit our Reporting Library Access Issues form or email Nancy Deegan.
